In the summer of 2013 a big branch broke off a 200 year old plane tree in the park of the Maison d’Art Bernand Anthonioz, an exhibition space and nursery home for elderly artists in Nogent-Sur-Marne near Paris.
The videos similar I and II were part of an exhibition with the same title at Maison d’Art Bernand Anthonioz in 2014. the video similar I was shot inside the storage and library of the house, similar II takes place outside in the park with the branch as a main protagonist. A publication accompanied the exhibition.
